  • Process to instrument interface in one compact assembly
  • One-piece forged body configuration provides fewer leak points, reduced size and weight over conventional hook-up
  • Flanged connections to ASME B 16.5 RF/RTJ or threaded connections to NPT
  • Pressure ratings to ASME B 16.34 class 150(PN 20) through 2500(PN 420) and API 6A pressure class 2000PSI through 10000PSI
  • Temperature range from -46 to 250oC
  • The gasket design ensures self sealing under pressure
  • Anti-blow out ball valve stems & needles
  • Non rotating tip needle bleed valve
  • Fire tested design to API 607/API 6FA/BS 6755-II
  • Valves meet the requirements of fugitive emission level Shell category B as per MESC SPE 77/312
